Terms

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of refusal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (MK regulations).

Distance contract

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment arrangements

The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the product using the payment tools built into the Internet tool, using an Internet bank or payment card or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

After successful payment of the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation e-mail.

The seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 10 working days after receiving the payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer. The delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer by Venipak courier or to the Venipak parcel box specified by the Buyer, or upon receipt at the office of SIA GP Nord - Riga, 23 Kurzemes prospect.

Delivery costs: Venipak courier €5.40, delivery in a Venipak parcel box €3.50, delivery at SIA GP Nord office, Riga, 23 Kurzemes prospect - free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the product by sending completed cancellation letter together with the returned item in the original packaging. You will find printed cancellation letter form in the delivered product package. If requested, the Seller sends the cancellation letter form to Buyer by e-mail. 

The buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller in one of the following ways: Omniva Rigas T/C Damme parcel box (1A Kurzemes prospect, Riga), Venipak TC Damme parcel box (1A Kurzemes prospect, Riga), DPD TC Damme parcel box (1A Kurzemes prospect, Riga) or delivering it in person/by courier delivery to SIA GP Nord office in Riga, 23 Kurzemes prospect, LV-1067. All costs related to the return of product shall be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer can cancel the order before the product has been given to courier service. The Buyer must inform SIA GP Nord about it by sending e-mail to: info@gpnord.com. The Buyer's refusal is processed as a cancellation of the order.

In case of order refusal, the money is returned to the Buyer within 5 working days after receiving the goods to the office of SIA GP Nord. The refund is made to the current account number specified by the Buyer in the cancellation letter form.

The sixth part of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, by neglecting the product during use or by not following the instructions in the manual, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information, when placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him are used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
